Two Bathroom Renovation with Custom Features in Richmond
This second Richmond dual-bathroom renovation project delivered a comprehensive transformation of two distinct bathrooms within a family townhouse. The master bathroom received a complete overhaul with large-format grey porcelain tiles, a custom frameless glass shower enclosure, and a floating vanity with quartz countertop and undermount basin. The guest bathroom was redesigned with complementary materials while maintaining its own distinct character, featuring a compact vanity with integrated storage and a shower-tub combination for versatility. Both spaces received new waterproofing membranes, updated plumbing, energy-efficient LED recessed lighting, and improved exhaust ventilation.
