“We found Reno Stars through Google. We were in the process of finding a company to completely renovate one of our bathrooms. We received 3 quotes and one was Reno Stars. We met with all three companies and found Sylvia and her team the most honest, knowledgeable, and with reasonable prices. The quote they provided had the most details, which helped us put the pieces together. We were invited to thier show room where we were able to pick out the different elements to tranform our bathroom. Once we started the project, we were met with a pretty big obstacle, when they had discovered our main water shutnoff was faulty. They came up with an instant solution that didn't cause an inconvenience. The crew they had working onsite was friendly and very knowledgeable. We will be working with them again on our next big project and would highly recommend them for any big renovation.”

“We hired Reno Stars to do a full house reno and they were amazing to work with! Ryan, Jasper and Sylvia would always answer our questions and made themselves available to talk at anytime, even in the evenings. Makes it a lot easier for those working full-time and with kids. They were up front and transparent with their quote and did not add any extra fees or hidden charges. Anything outside of the quote would need approval first before being done so the homeowner would know exactly what the cost is and the purpose. Jasper is awesome to work with and he puts the customer first. His goal is always to make sure the homeowner is happy with the results. Many times he would tell us to not care if the work required is hard to do, he just wanted us to be happy. He sometimes would be pickier than us for certain things. He is a true perfectionist and with him overseeing your project, you won't have to worry. Ryan kept us on track with our budget and also offered his honest opinion on whether something was worth it. He's always there to answer messages or calls and when he can't, he always got back to us. He never hesitates to get us a quote for something and is completely fine if we didn't move ahead with it. He also referred us to a lot of different people for various things that we needed. He also didn't mind if we dealt with some of them on our own. Sylvia is awesome because she would give us suggestions for things that were needed. Most importantly, she never gave up in looking for our countertops. We rejected what she found a few times but she helped us find the style we wanted in the end! There were some hiccups along the way but Jasper kept us informed about them. He also never hesitated to take responsibility when it was a mistake that Reno Stars made. The tiling master messed up on the backsplash tiles and it had to be redone. Jasper acknowledged this mistake and covered the cost of reordering the tiles. The other negative thing about our project was the referral to a designer to help with the floor plans and building permit application. Jasper also would go out of his way at times to make sure something would be done, even if it cost his team a bit of extra effort or materials. Our reno wasn't cheap but we felt comfortable and confident leaving it in the hands of the Reno Stars team. If you are thinking about a renovation big or small, reach out to Ryan and get a quote!
