Champagne Gold European Luxury Bathroom — West Side Vancouver

A West Side Vancouver luxury home master bathroom transformed from 1990s damask wallpaper, gold-framed shower, and small mosaic tile into a champagne gold European-style retreat. Cream-toned marble walls run floor to ceiling, all hardware unified in champagne gold (faucet, shower set, door pulls, lighting, mirror frames, niche edge), and the original soaker tub is retained but reframed in cream marble for a modern silhouette. The shower swaps a gold-framed sliding door for a fully frameless dual-head glass enclosure with built-in quartz bench and basketweave marble mosaic floor. Twin vanity area uses a French-paneled white solid-wood double vanity with arched coffered ceiling, champagne gold hexagonal hardware, and vintage brass wall sconces for warm candlelight tones. A separate champagne gold arched dressing mirror with brass sconces frames the entry — a final ritual mirror before stepping out. The result is the kind of bathroom that turns a daily bath into a European-mansion vacation, with garden + pool views through the original plantation shutters.

Master Bathroom Renovation with Custom Features

This master bathroom renovation in Vancouver transformed an outdated space into a modern oasis. The project included a complete overhaul with a new bathtub, wall tiles featuring a stylish gray pattern, and a custom maple-stained vanity. The addition of LED mirrors and under-cabinet lighting enhanced the ambiance, while the installation of a glass door provided a sleek finish. The homeowner aimed for a functional yet elegant design, achieving a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Whole House Renovation with Bathroom Updates

This whole house renovation in Vancouver transformed a dated home into a fresh, cohesive living space. The bathroom features a new freestanding bathtub with floor-mounted filler, updated wall tiles, and stylish vanity with ample storage. The project encompassed new engineered hardwood flooring throughout main areas, optimized recessed LED lighting, and complete interior painting in neutral palette. Crown molding and updated baseboards add architectural detail, while new light fixtures in hallway and bedrooms complete the transformation.

Vancouver Skin Lab Commercial Renovation

This comprehensive commercial renovation transformed a skin care clinic in Vancouver into a modern, fully accessible professional space. The project spanned 4–5 months with a $345,000–$360,000 investment, covering a complete interior redesign. Key features include optimized recessed lighting for treatment rooms, custom millwork cabinetry for product storage, a fully tiled accessible restroom meeting city accessibility standards, and a welcoming reception area designed to enhance the client experience from the moment they walk in.

White Shaker Kitchen Renovation in Vancouver

This Vancouver kitchen renovation features a timeless white shaker cabinet design that brings classic elegance to a modern family kitchen. The comprehensive transformation included full demolition of the existing space, structural assessment, and a redesigned layout optimized for the family's cooking and entertaining needs. Custom white shaker cabinets with brushed nickel hardware line the walls, offering generous storage with soft-close hinges and pull-out organizational inserts. The pristine quartz countertops provide a durable, stain-resistant surface ideal for daily meal preparation. A classic subway tile backsplash in a coordinating white tone adds subtle texture and depth to the clean design aesthetic. The island serves as the kitchen's hub, with seating for casual meals and additional storage underneath. Recessed LED lighting and under-cabinet task lights ensure bright, even illumination across all work surfaces. The renovation also included new flooring, updated plumbing fixtures, and modern stainless steel appliances. This Vancouver kitchen remodel is a testament to the enduring beauty of white shaker craftsmanship in Pacific Northwest homes.

Bathroom Renovation

Complete bathroom renovation as part of a whole house transformation in a Vancouver family home. The homeowners wanted a cohesive modern look throughout, so we replaced outdated fixtures with sleek contemporary hardware, installed new porcelain floor-to-ceiling tiles, and added a floating vanity with integrated LED lighting. The result is a bright, spa-inspired bathroom that flows seamlessly with the rest of the renovated home.

About Vancouver

Reno Stars has completed over 100 renovation projects across Vancouver — from character homes in Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant to modern condos in Yaletown, Coal Harbour, and the West End. Vancouver's housing stock includes everything from pre-1950 Craftsman bungalows with knob-and-tube wiring and plaster walls to sleek glass towers built in the last decade. Each property type demands a different renovation approach, and our crew has hands-on experience with all of them.

For older homes on the East Side, we regularly handle asbestos abatement, structural upgrades to meet current seismic code, and kitchen or bathroom modernizations that respect the original character of the home. Plaster walls, fir floors, and original millwork can all be preserved or thoughtfully updated. On the West Side, projects tend to be larger-scale whole-house renovations that include reconfigured floor plans, open-concept kitchens with waterfall islands, and spa-inspired bathrooms with heated floors and curbless showers.

Condo renovations in Downtown, Yaletown, and Metrotown make up a significant portion of our Vancouver work. We are experienced navigating strata bylaws — including noise-restricted construction hours, insurance certificate requirements, elevator booking, and strata alteration agreements. Our team can handle the entire strata approval process on your behalf so you can focus on picking finishes rather than paperwork.

Real project data from our Vancouver portfolio: kitchen renovations from $14,000 (basic refresh) to $72,000 (premium custom with appliance package); bathroom renovations from $14,000 to $22,000; whole-house renovations from $23,000 to $27,000 for targeted updates. Every project includes a 3-year workmanship warranty and a detailed written quote — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Vancouver's permit requirements are among the strictest in Metro Vancouver. Any structural work, plumbing or electrical relocation, or changes to egress require a City of Vancouver building permit. We handle permit applications, schedule inspections, and ensure your renovation is code-compliant from start to finish. For heritage-designated homes, we work within Heritage Conservation guidelines to maintain facade character while modernizing interiors.

Reno Stars completed a full renovation of our townhouse, including replacing the entire flooring, stairs, kitchen cabinets, tiles, lighting, and reworking the bathrooms. The quality of their work is excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the scope of the project. Communication was great — they were always responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. The team was efficient, professional, and delivered high-quality results. Highly recommend Reno Stars for any home renovation project.

We worked with Reno Stars this June and July and can't be any happier working with Ryan and his team. We had a tight budget and we didn’t want to spend too much on an old property. He came to the location, took a lot of notes of our demands, provided recommendations. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I thought Reno Stars is a reliable renovation contractor after I met with Ryan. He also presented a flexible payment plan for the renovations. We kept communicating through Whatsapp and his response time was quick and helpful. There were minor hiccups after and during the renovations but he was able to get them fixed quickly. We will definitely keep in touch with Reno Stars when we planned our next renovation and I highly recommend their services. They are reliable, responsive and helpful. Thanks Ryan, and sorry for the late review.
