Renovation Worker
Full-time / Part-time
Based in Richmond, BC — job sites across Metro Vancouver
Competitive, based on experience and skills
What You'll Do
- Demolition and job-site preparation
- Tile setting for bathrooms, kitchens and floors
- Drywall installation, taping and finishing
- Interior painting and surface prep
- Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)
- Finishing carpentry — trim, doors, cabinets
- General site support: material handling, cleanup, keeping the site safe
Who We're Looking For
- Hands-on renovation or construction experience preferred — but we also welcome hardworking beginners willing to learn
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a strong asset — much of our team and many of our clients are Chinese-speaking
- Basic English for site communication is helpful
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Reliable, punctual and safety-minded
- Driver's license and own transportation are an asset
