If any issues came up during the renovation, I just mentioned them in the WeChat group, and they responded quickly. Jasper was mainly responsible for the on-site work, and he suggested adding an extra pot light. It turned out to be a great idea—the final result looks fantastic.
We have been through a major reno before with a builder and two other smaller ones with others so this review comes with some comparables. Ryan, from Renostars, is amazing. Super easy to work with, provided great drawings, samples, brought in the right people, kept the area tidy and clean, no damage to areas around it, excellent communication…did an excellent job ON TIME and ON BUDGET. We were so pleased with the results, would definitely recommend and use again.
