Renovation quotes ran hot through 2023 — the median touched $35,000 in mid-2023 — then fell steadily to a ~$15,000 trough in early 2025 before recovering to today's ~$22,000. June is peak season — and that matters for your quote

Our own booking data shows a clear renovation calendar. March through June is the busiest stretch of the year — May is the single busiest month for new project quotes, running nearly triple the December low. June sits right in that peak.
