Matte black fixtures throughout — including the rain showerhead, widespread faucet, and towel accessories — create a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic. The guest bathroom was redesigned with complementary materials while maintaining its own distinct character, featuring a compact vanity with integrated storage and a shower-tub combination for versatility. Both spaces received new waterproofing membranes, updated plumbing, energy-efficient LED recessed lighting, and improved exhaust ventilation.
